Review: This is truly a great place to eat! The dining room looks out over the inner harbour and Fisherman's Wharf -- what a view. The service is impeccable without being stilted. Our server was very professional but also very personable. The menu is comprised mainly of seafood, with a few meat-based and vegetarian options. We had Whole Live Dungeness Crab and one of the dinner specials, Sole fillets. The food was incredibly tasty and a very good value. The menu appears expensive until your meal arrives -- the chef doesn't skimp on ingredients. As an appetizer, I had a spinach and smoked salmon salad, and my companion had fresh oysters on the half shell. I'm not an oyster fan, so I can't comment on his dish, but mine was fantastic! The wine list is mainly Pacific Northwest and California-based, with all the big-name labels appearing. Half bottles are available -- we shared a half bottle of Kendall Jackson Chard which was just the right amount. No room for dessert on this particular night, but we'll be going back again! Reservations look to be essential, as we were there mid-week and the place was pretty busy. Ask for a table on the window!
