Morgan Cranny stars in Michael Korican's short comedy 'i luv spam'.
Morgan plays William Williams, who decides to make a deal with the Devil. About the movie, Morgan says, "It's an interesting piece that brings the classic Faustian dilemma into the modern age."
In the film Morgan's character also appears in cyberspace. Morgan says, "Seeing yourself as a video game style character is pretty cool!"
Morgan and director Michael Korican have worked together on two projects to date. Morgan states, "I really enjoyed working on 'i luv spam'. The crew was great. Everyone worked really hard to pull it together and we had a lot of fun doing it."
The up-and-coming Victoria comic has been in a number of local film productions. He says, "It's a real eye opener to see how much time and energy it takes to make a short movie."
Victoria audiences can catch Morgan Cranny performing live with satirical sketch comedy group Atomic Vaudeville and improv group Impromaniacs.
